Pepper was kept on a short chain outside and was rescued from a very sad situation. In spite of neglect, she is a happy energetic girl looking for some love and some attention. She is very smart and will respond well to some obedience training. She has a mocha colored coat and the beautiful face and eyes of the Weimaraner.
