I am so lucky to be at Barc to find my forever home! Like my friend Toto, I was rescued by a Barc volunteer from a very high kill county shelter and I was terrified, hopelessly lost, covered with ticks! My rescuer whisked me off to a wonderful groomer who had to shave me and pull out many ticks! I was heavily matted. I know that my maltese coat will quickly grow and be beautiful and wavy.
