New to the BARC family is Scooter!! Scooter is a Beagle mix who is 5 years old, and would be an AWESOME addition to any family. Scooter is very well behaved he doesn't bark alot, and is not a chewer, he is a very good laidback guy. Scooter came to us from the animal shelter, and is looking to find his forever home to start a new chapter in his life and forget about even being in the shelter.
