Chance is a 5 year male tiny black and tan toy Manchester terrier.He is barely four lbs!  Such an adorable tiny lap dog.  Unfortunately for him his owner and the love of his life recently passed away and left him and his large fur family in a local shelter all alone and lonely.  The director of Barc rescued him and four other doggy friends and brought them to Barc Bmdr to find a new forever home.
