Meet Duffy. Here's a photo of Duffy at the "Dog Gone Fun!4th Of July" picnic the animals threw for themselves this week. He's shown here wearing his festive new red, white and blue knitted kerchif--how handsome Duffy! Activities included swimming, tug-a-war with various toys, sandcastle building (I think they just enjoyed digging in the sand myself)and frisbee and ball catching contests. Yes, we humans helped toss the frisbees and balls. It was an exciting and grand day for all. "But wait!" Duffy exclaimed. "I'm still looking for someone of my very own. Someone for me to love. Some one to love me back." Could that someone be you? Duffy is a very gentle and well behaved young fella. He's very fond of people and most other animals. He's a medium/large terrier mix with gorgeous blonde fur. This is his summer cut. If you are interested in meeting Duffy, please call Sue-Ellen Kapp with the Arrowhead Animal Protection League.
