Meet Charlie...Charlie was carelessly dumped by his owners one cold rainy night, and hid under a little cardboard box until he was found by BARC volunteers...how sad for poor, poor Charlie, now he is searching for a loving home with many many warm nights instead! Charlie is a cute Chih mix who is a great lil guy he, gets along well with other dogs and also CATS!
