Chandler was found wandering the streets alone and filthy with his brother and Dad.  A kind woman caught them and brought them to BARC to find their forever homes.  Chandler has the most beautiful blonde coloring and a fluffy coat that makes him look like a sweet little teddy bear!  He is a LOVE and likes to be held and give kisses :)
