Charlie was born in June of 2014 and could not be cuter! He is about 4 pounds now!  He was found with his siblings when a woman found them crying in a bush when they were about three weeks old.  The woman bottle fed them and got them healthy and strong before bringing them to BARC to find their forever homes!!
