Delilah is a 2 year old Shih Tzu that was posted as a "free dog" on Craigslist.  In fear of the wrong people picking her up a woman picked her (and her baby, Daisy) up and brought her to BARC to find her forever home.  She is good with other dogs and loves people.  She is a cuddler who likes to go for walks and lay with her people on the couch.
