Toby is a 3 month old shih tzu mix that is so sweet and fluffy!! He is from an accidental litter and was brought to BARC to make sure he would get neutered and to for us to find the perfect home for him! He LOVES to be held and pet, he does great with other dogs and is great with cats and kids!
