Sebastian was rescued on his last day at a local Animal Shelter.  The shelter staff loved him so much they put in the work to find a rescue that would take him.  He is a BEAUTIFUL boy with tons of puppy energy.  He needs a dominant owner who will be willing to tell him who is boss.   He LOVES people!!
